Shipping Policy
Welcome to The Base! We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy for information regarding shipping times, costs, and processes.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to the following regions:
- Domestic (within Spain)
- International within the European Union
If your country is not listed as a shipping option at checkout, please contact us at contact@basemma.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2.1 Order Confirmation
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable). Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
3.1 Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
3.2 International Shipping
- Express International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors such as weather, customs processing, or postal service delays may affect delivery times.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You will be able to review the shipping costs before completing your purchase.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices. Please check with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this information to track your shipment via the courier’s website. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please contact us at contact@basemma.com.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be rare occasions where delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, customs processing, or holidays. If you experience significant delays in receiving your order, please contact us so we can assist you.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
The Base is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the courier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are happy to help with tracking or claims but cannot guarantee resolution for lost or stolen packages.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders to such locations will be canceled or delayed until an alternate address is provided.
